Music Settings

| · | Music Directories - This is your list of shortcuts to the directories that contain your music files. Select this option to:

| · | View the list.
|
| · | Add directories to the list.
|
| · | Remove directories from the list.
|
| · | Monitor Music Directories - This setting determines if Beyond Media continuously checks your music directories, and updates your music library. Set this to On or Off. Beyond Media must be running when changes to your music are occurring for this setting to function.

| · | Show Auto Playlists - This setting determines if your playlist browser displays automatically generated playlists or not. Set this to On or Off.
|
| · | Album Art - This setting determines how Beyond Media finds the artwork for your albums.
|
| · | Search for music - Use this option to find music files on your computer. The next five settings determine how the search is performed.
|
| · | Search System Directories - This setting determines if Beyond Media looks in your system directories when you use the Search for music option. Set to On to have Beyond Media look in your system directories. Set this to Off to have Beyond Media exclude your system directories.

| · | Search Hidden Directories - This setting determines if Beyond Media looks in the hidden directories when you use the Search for music option. Set to On to have Beyond Media look in the hidden directories. Set this to Off to have Beyond Media exclude your hidden directories.

| · | Search Program Files - This setting determines if Beyond Media looks in your program files directory when you use the Search for music option. Set this to On to have Beyond Media look in your program files directory. Set this to Off to have Beyond Media exclude your program files directory.

| · | Search Windows Directory - This setting determines if Beyond Media looks in your Windows directory when you use the Search for music option. Set this to On to have Beyond Media look in your Windows directory. Set this to Off to have Beyond Media exclude your Windows directory.

| · | Minimum File Size - This setting determines the minimum size for files that Beyond Media lists in the search results when you use the Search for music option.

| · | Playlist Instructions - This setting determines if Beyond Media displays help tips when you are using the playlists feature. Set to On to have Beyond Media display help tips. Set this to Off to hide the help tips.
