Use Beyond Media to play your music files (AIFF, AU, MID, MIDI, MP3, WAV, WMA, and WPL formats, or you can play an audio CD). The easiest way to use Beyond Media to play your music files is to make a playlist. You can add songs individually to a playlist, or you can add a category of songs. Use the music settings menu to configure how Beyond Media plays your music files.

Note: Beyond Media gets the data for the categories from the tags on the music files.

Use the music browser to view your music files and play the songs individually, or add them to a playlist and play the list. You can also play a CD in your CD-ROM drive.

To browse your music files:
1.From the main menu, select Music.  
The Browse by screen appears.  

2.Select one of the following categories to browse your music files by:  
·Current Playlist  
·Album  
·Artist  
·Genre  
·Playlist  
·Music Folders  
·CD  
 
While you are playing music, you can use these keyboard shortcuts.
