The current version of Beyond Media only has built-in support for the Firefly PC Remote. Other remote controls can easily be used with Beyond Media through the use of software such as Girder. You should also check the SnapStream Developer's Network for 3rd party remote control plugins or contact the manufacturer of your remote control and ask them to add support.
