The Service Management page, accessible from the main menu of the Web Admin interface, allows the user to remotely administer the software. Only users with the Administer Server Settings permission enabled will have access to this page. See User Configuration for more information on permissions settings.
Startup
Enables the user to restart services that are hung or otherwise not running properly.
Shutdown
Enables the user to shut down the software completely.
Terminate
Enables the user to terminate a hung process.
Upload System Information
Packages and uploads information about your system to SnapStream. If you submit a support ticket, a technician may request that you perform this step.
Refresh Status
Refreshes the page, providing updates on actions the user has requested to be performed.
Back
Returns the user to the Web Admin main page.
