The Expiration Manager page displays the drives available to the software. It allows users to modify the settings used for automatic expiration of, and limits placed on, recordings.
Click the Options link to modify the settings for the appropriate drive. These settings, specific to each drive available on the system, govern the actions of any Video Folders configured for Automatic Folder Management on that drive.

Drive name
The address of the drive these settings apply to.
Total Drive Space
The total capacity of this Drive.
Total Free Space
The amount of available space on the Drive.
Managed Space Used
The amount of space on this Drive occupied by recordings.
Available
The amount of space on this Drive available for Beyond TV to use, calculated by subtracting the Minimum Free Space value from the Total Free Space value.
Enable Max Space Checking
When enabled, the software will ensure that it uses no more space than defined in Maximum Space for its recordings on the Drive.
Enable Min Space Checking
When enabled, the software will ensure that it leaves the amount of available space defined in Minimum Free Space on the Drive.
Minimum Free Space:
The minimum amount of free space to be maintained on the drive.
Hit Apply Limits to save the changes to Maximum Space or Minimum Free Space.
Maximum Original Recording Age
The number of days after which an original recording is deleted.
At 0 days, this setting is disabled.
Maximum Showsqueezed Recording Age
The number of days after which a showsqueeze recording is deleted.
At 0 days, this setting is disabled.
