Lineup is Incorrect
| If the provider is not listed, please contact SnapStream Technical Support so that we may request our data provider to add the lineup to their database. Include in the following information:
| · | Provider Name: The name of the company responsible for the feed. Examples: "Time Warner," "Cobblestone Parks Apartments," "Desert Tracks RV Village."
| · | Location: The city or town in which this lineup is received. Examples: "Houston, TX," "Vancouver, BC."
| · | ZIP or postal code: The ZIP (United States) or postal (Canada) code in which this lineup is received.
| · | Phone number: The phone number of a representative responsible for the lineup being provided.
| · | Service Type: The type of lineup. Examples: "Digital cable," "Analog cable," "Satellite."
| · | List of channels: A complete listing of the correct lineup, including channel number and callsign. Examples of format: "12 KHOU," "56 Comedy Central." Please note that in the case of local channels (e.g. KHOU) we will need the station callsign in that format.
| If the provider is listed, but the lineup has discrepancies in it, try other, similar listings available in the area. The mistake most often make here is selecting "Company X Cable City" instead of "Company X Cable City - Cable-ready TV sets" when connecting Digital Cable service directly to a tuner card instead of running it through a digital cable box.
| In other scenarios, there are often several providers that are labeled similarly that may not exactly conform to the description the user believes fits the lineup best; e.g. even if the user lives in in Wharton, if you only have the choice between a digital cable lineup for Time Warner labeled "Wharton" and one labeled "Cannondale," be sure to check both. If this solves the problem, be sure to delete the unused lineups once the proper one is found.

| If this does not solve the problem please contact SnapStream Technical Support so that we may investigate this problem. Include the following information:
| · | ZIP or postal code: The ZIP (United States) or postal (Canada) code in which this lineup is received.
| · | Service Provider: The name of the lineup which most accurately describes the one received, as it appears in SnapStream.Net. Example: "Time Warner Houston Digital (non-rebuild)."
| · | Service Type: The type of lineup. Examples: "Digital cable," "Analog cable," "Satellite."
| · | The user's SnapStream.NET account username, if not provided in the form
| · | List of the discrepancies: A complete list of the discrepancies between the actual lineup and the SnapStream.Net lineup, including call signs (e.g. "12 should be listed as KHJJ but is listed as KJHH instead" or "60 shows up as SCIFI but should be COMEDY). Please note that in the case of local channels, we will need the callsigns in the same format as the example. Alternately, a complete, correct copy of the lineup -- along with a few example discrepancies in the same format as the example immediately above -- will be sufficient.
| We will then take a look and if necessary notify our data provider.
| · | First, enter the fullscreen / windowed (Beyond TV version 3.4.4 or earlier), or Viewscape (Beyond TV version 3.5.0 and later), interface. Start a manual Program Guide data download via SETTINGS --> SNAPSTREAM.NET SETTINGS. Exit that menu and enter the Program Guide, where an indicator will appear showing the progress of the download and integration steps. When this is finished, exit and re-enter the Program Guide and check it for accuracy.. If this does not solve the problem, please report the discrepancy.
