Neither video nor audio in Setup Wizard

| 1. | Check our list of unsupported tuner devices to make sure that you're not using a card that we know definitely will not work with Beyond TV.

| 2. | Ensure that the TV viewing / capturing software supplied by the manufacturer provides audio and video from the device.* If it does not, follow the manufacturer's instructions for setup. If you continue to have difficulty at this point, contact the manufacturer for support.

| 3. | Ensure that any other programs which may use the tuner device are shut down before starting the Setup Wizard.
|
|
|
| 4. | Ensure that you are selecting the right type of input in the Setup Wizard. Note that in some cases, numerous inputs are listed with the same name (as in the example below), but only one is correct. Try going back and selecting a different input of the same name.
