Change Lock status between Keep Until I Delete and Keep Until Space is Needed Edit metadata for recorded shows in the Web Admin Acces the Options menu in the Web Admin library |

Download Files |
Download recordings from the Link client or Web Admin Add RSS feeds to iTunes in iTunes Integration Settings in the Web Admin NOTE: Users without the ability to add RSS feeds to their iTunes in the Web Admin can still add RSS feeds by entering the RSS address into iTunes or another RSS feeder manually. |

Create New Recordings |
Set up new recordings in the Link client or Web Admin NOTE: Users who have the Create New Recordings permission but NOT the Edit Recordings permission will be able to create new recording jobs only at the lowest priority, and they will not have an option to resolve conflicts that will prevent the shows that they schedule from being recorded. Recording jobs created by such users will be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis. |

Create and manage user accounts and groups Reset forgotten user passwords. NOTE: Passwords for LDAP-linked users must be changed through Windows and cannot be managed through Beyond TV 4. |
