Pause, rewind and fast-forward FM Radio
Home  Previous  Next

Time Shifting in FM Radio works much like it does for Live TV, allowing the user to pause and rewind, and to fast-forward to the current point of the broadcast.

Note: Each time the station is changed when listening to FM radio, Beyond TV creates a new buffer and the previous buffer is discarded.

·Remote Control: Hit the PAUSE button. To resume playback, hit the PLAY or PAUSE button.
·Mouse: Click the pause icon (mouseicon003) located on the on-screen mouse control element. This icon is a pause / play toggle, and will change to a play icon if playback is paused.

To skip backwards or forwards:
·Keyboard: Use the comma (,) and period (.) keys to skip backwards and forwards, respectively.
·Remote Control: There are rarely enough buttons on most remotes to include this feature. On the Firefly remote, use the PREV and NEXT buttons to skip backwards and forwards, respectively.
·Mouse: Click on the track bar at the bottom of the screen in the desired location to jump to that part of FM Radio. The bar that indicates "current time" can also be dragged with the mouse.
