| · | Series Title: The title of the series. This affects both the displayed title of the show and its classification in the Web Admin and ViewScape "By Series" sorting. This value will read "Movies" for any movie, irrespective of its title.

| · | Episode Title: The title of the episode. This is blank for movies, and for shows such as pictured above, which never have episode titles.

| · | Episode Description: The description of the episode or movie.
|
| · | Genre: Used to classify the show. This information appears only on the "View Details"ViweScape screen, as it is used primarily for the Browse By Category function when scheduling recordings.

| · | Start Date: Used to edit the displayed start date of the recording.
|
| · | Time: Changes the displayed time of the recording.
|
| · | Channel: Changes the reported channel that the recording was performed on.
|
| · | Keep Until: Specifies if Beyond TV should delete this recording if space is needed for another recording.
|
| · | Keep until space is needed: This file will be deleted if it is the oldest recording on a hard drive upon which space is needed for another recording.
|
| · | Keep until I delete it: This recording will never be deleted automatically.
|
| · | Is Movie: Used to mark the recording as a movie.
