Installer Start

When the Beyond TV 4 installation process first starts, the following window will appear:


This part of the installation process prepares the computer by installing the software components necessary to use Beyond TV.

If an Internet connection is present and the software components necessary for Beyond TV have not yet been installed, this application will download and install the necessary components before proceeding.

If an Internet connection is not present and the software components necessary for Beyond TV have not yet been installed, the installation process will terminate, and the components must be installed manually.

If the computer running the installer already has all of the necessary software installed, this screen will only appear momentarily before installation proceeds.

If software is downloaded and installed by this method, it is recommended that the computer be rebooted before installation is performed.

Once all of the necessary software has been installed on the machine, the Installer Introduction screen will appear. Proceed to the next section of this document to continue.
