ViewScape Program Guide

To access the Program Guide in the ViewScape Interface, select the "SnapStream.Net Program Guide" option from the Home menu. The following screen will appear:

The Program Guide enables users to browse a list of shows that are airing, or are scheduled to be aired. Navigate the program guide by using the arrow keys on the keyboard, the directional buttons on the remote control, or with the mouse by using the directional arrows located on the control element pictured below:

This icon will activate when the software detects mouse movement passing over the window, and will disappear (as in the above example) after a period of mouse inactivity.

To schedule a show, as in this example, select the show and press OK or ENTER, or click on it with the mouse pointer. The type of menu that will then appear depends on the type of show that has been selected.

If an episodic show is selected, the following menu will appear:

·Watch this episode: Starts Live TV and begins playing the selected episode of the show.  
·View upcoming episodes: Displays a list of upcoming episodes of the show and their airtimes, enabling the user to schedule any of them for recording.  
·Record this episode: Schedules this episode to be recorded.  
·Record all episodes: Records all episodes of the selected show on that channel.  
·Record all new episodes: Records only first-run episodes of the selected show on the channel.  
·Record all episodes at this time: Records all episodes that run at the selected time on the selected channel. Channel and time options can be set in Recording Settings and Priorities.  
·Cancel: Exits this menu and returns to the Program Guide.  
·Watch this episode: Starts Live TV and begins playing the selected movie.  
·View upcoming airings of this movie: Displays a list of times and dates this movie will be airing in the future (if any), allowing the user to schedule any of them for recording.  
·Record this movie at this time: Schedules the movie to be recorded at the time indicated at the bottom of the screen before the movie was selected, irrespective of whether or not it is airing in the future.  
·Record this movie within 30 days: Enables Beyond TV to delay the recording of this movie in case other recordings scheduled conflict with it. Read more about scheduling conflicts in the "Conflict Resolution" section of this document.  
·Cancel: Exits this menu and returns to the Program Guide.
