Getting Product Key and Download Link

If you have not already received an e-mail with a product key and a secure download link, follow these steps:

If you still have access to the e-mail address that you used to originally purchase Personal Video Station, get your Beyond TV 3 product key and secure download link e-mailed using the retrieve product keys page.

Otherwise, please send a message to orders@snapstream.com. Include in this message the following:

• Name of the Purchaser
• Email address used for purchase
• Approximate date of purchase Or Order Number
• New Email address to associate with the account (if you need to update your email address)

Installing and Configuring Beyond TV 3

After you have received the installer and your product key, uninstall any older versions of the software and install the new version.

During the setup wizard, you will be asked to create a free SnapStream.Net account. This process will tie your product key to a channel lineup so Beyond TV can give you personalized TV listings.

After completing the Setup Wizard, you are ready to enjoy the new version of SnapStream Beyond TV 3.
