SnapStream is seeking to hire a sales engineer to help sell
SnapStream's enterprise products.
As a sales engineer, you will talk to prospective customers, understand their requirements, demonstrate SnapStream's products, and answer questions, including technical questions,
that arise throughout the sales process.
You should be a confident presenter with excellent communication
skills and a passion for talking to people.

Job responsibilities
- Understand SnapStream’s
technologies, products and back-end systems
- Talk to prospective customers
- Gain a detailed understanding of their workflow and requirements
- Prepare detailed proposals reflecting a customer's requirements
- Address any questions, technical and non-technical, that come up
- Share product feedback (feature requests and the like) and market knowledge with the rest of the SnapStream team
- Traveling for customer meetings and tradeshows is a part of the job
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's college degree
- 2+ years experience in a technical
position
- 2+ years experience in technical sales, field sales, or consulting
- Strong verbal and written
communication skills
- General knowledge of Windows PC hardware and software
- Passion for talking to people
- Follow-through and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer skills
- Ability to efficiently plan travel and out-of-town meeting and tradeshow logistics
- Experience with SnapStream Beyond TV and PC TV tuner cards is preferred
