Rakesh Agrawal Rakesh K. Agrawal, President, Chief Executive Officer

Rakesh is one of SnapStream's founders and oversees the company's strategy and operations with a special eye towards finances, business development and international markets. Under Rakesh's leadership, SnapStream's products have been showcased by Microsoft's Bill Gates, and Intel's Paul Otellini and Craig Barrett and received awards such as PC Magazine's "Product of the Year 2004".

Prior to founding SnapStream, Rakesh was Vice President of Sales at Piping Technology & Products, a 400-person Houston-based engineering and manufacturing company. Rakesh received degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering at Houston's Rice University.

   
  Charles Klein, Director of Operations, General Counsel

In his capacity as General Counsel, Charles is responsible for drafting and negotiating licensing, distribution, vendor, confidentiality, and employment agreements. Charles also manages human resource issues and regularly works with outside counsel on intellectual property concerns, including patent and trademark matters. As Director of Operations, Charles oversees all aspects of SnapStream’s purchasing, fulfillment, accounting, and day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining SnapStream Media in 2003, Charles utilized his legal skills as a paid consultant to a variety of local, regional, and national political campaigns. Charles graduated with a BA in Political Science and Managerial Studies from Rice University and earned his JD from The University of Texas. Charles is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

  Dr. Scott Cutler
  Currently Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rice University, Dr. Cutler served as VP and CTO of Compaq Advanced Technology Group from 1998 to 2001, driving Compaq's wireless technology strategy. Dr. Cutler also served as VP and CTO of Digital Equipment Corporation from 1995 to 1998. Prior to Digital, Scott held senior executive roles at Chips and Technologies, Tandy, GE and Infocom.
   
  Prashanth Boccasam
  Currently, Chairman, Founder and CEO of Approva Corporation, Prashanth was co-founder, president and CTO of Entevo Corporation from 1996 to 2000. Entevo was sold to Bindview in 2000 and Prashanth continued on with Bindview as Vice-President of Product Strategy and Marketing. Prior to founding Entevo, Prashanth worked at Microsoft Corporation in various group manager and technical roles.
