SnapStream Service Contract

Annual support and service is charged at 15% of your SnapStream configuration cost per year, according to current hardware pricing
(mandatory for the first year).
This includes:

  • Online technical support resources
  • Phone and email based technical support
  • New software updates and patches
  • Annual data subscription (daily updates of TV listings for US and Canada)
  • Live Web-based training
