SnapStream is hiring Sales Engineers to help sell its TV search solutions.

Responsibilities of the Sales Team

• Seek out prospective customers
• Generate interest in SnapStream's products
• Understand each customer's needs and requirements
• Demonstrate SnapStream's products
• Prepare detailed proposals for prospective customers
• Answer both technical and business questions that arise throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's college degree (engineering or science degree is a BIG plus)
• Excellent face-to-face, phone, and email communication skills, rapport and etiquette
• Ability to analyze our markets and target potential customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• General knowledge of Windows PC hardware and software
• Excellent customer skills with a passion for talking to people
• Follow-through and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• SalesForce

Compensation

Compensation will include a comfortable base salary and a quarterly performance bonus.

SnapStream is hiring full-time and part-time Inside Sales Representatives to help generate revenue selling its TV Search solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities using targeted prospecting campaigns
• Identify requirements and expectations of potential customers
• Effectively communicate the value and capabilities of our products to potential customers
• Work as an integral part of the Sales Team to increase revenue by providing qualify leads, performing web demonstrations and other related tasks

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience in either a corporate or retail setting

Technical Support Specialist

Job Description

SnapStream is hiring an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide support for users of our TV Search solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and workflow support to end-users of our TV Search solutions via phone and email
• Perform on-site installation and training for high-profile customers (roughly 1% - 2% travel per year)
• Demonstrate consistent mastery of the administrative and end-user features of our TV Search solutions
• Properly Identify and escalate priority issues and feature requests to the Development Team

Required Skills

• Excellent face-to-face, phone, and email communication skills, rapport and etiquette
• 1-2 years providing tech support to users
• Experience with common PC hardware and software support issues (besides "did you try turning it off and on again")
• Basic understanding of IP networks and common issues
• Dogged determination to solve our customers' pain points

• Experience working in a software company (start-up preferred)
• Experience providing technical support to users in a B2B environment

SnapStream, a leader in enterprise TV search technology, is seeking a smart and energetic Software Engineer to join the team dedicated to developing software for our turnkey Enterprise Television Search appliance. The ideal candidate must take the quality of their code very seriously, must possess a great sense of humor, and when they cut their arm, they should bleed 0s and 1s.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing new and exciting features and products
• Communicating with end users to identify areas of improvement or to bounce new ideas off of them
