Multiple IR Blaster Setup

Follow these instructions when setting up Infrared tuners ("IR blasters") with multiple set-top boxes.

NOTE: If possible, SnapStream will perform these steps for you during the testing and burn-in process. If you are unsure whether you need to follow this procedure, please contact Technical Support.

First, note the make and model of your set-top box. The following is a list of set-top box "profiles" that are included with Enterprise TV. If your set-top box does appear on the list below, go to Associating Tuners With Set Top Boxes. If it does not appear on the list, go to Setting Up a Set Top Box Profile.

If you are using Serial Tuning for DirecTV, your tuning has been configured by SnapStream during testing and burn-in, and you should only have to set up the tuning hardware. See DirecTV for serial tuning hardware setup.
