SnapStream Enterprise TV User Configuration is pre-loaded with five user groups that represent typical types of users: Administrators, Basic Schedulers, Live TV Viewers, Pre-Recorded Viewers, and Schedulers. The permissions settings of these groups can be changed by clicking Edit.

Users in the Administrators group have all permissions enabled.
Users in the Basic Schedulers group can watch recordings and Live TV, schedule recordings, and perform other tasks that will not interfere with the activities of other users. They cannot change recording priorities or delete recordings.
Permissions Enabled: Watch Live TV, Watch Recorded Shows, Create Clips, Burn DVDs, Download Files, Create TV Alerts, Create New Recordings
Users in the Live TV Viewers group can watch Live TV and recordings and perform other non-inerfering tasks, but cannot schedule recordings.

Users in the Pre-Recorded Viewers group can watch recordings and perform non-interfering tasks, but cannot watch Live TV or schedule recordings.
Permissions Enabled: Watch Recorded Shows, Create Clips, Burn DVDs, Download Files, Create TV Alerts
Users in the Schedulers group can perform most tasks, including changing recording priorities and deleting recordings. They cannot admnisiter server settings, TV Alerts, post-processes or user accounts.
Permissions Enabled: Watch Live TV, Watch Recorded Shows, Delete Recorded Shows, Edit Recorded Shows, Create Clips, Burn DVDs, Download Files, Create Post Processes, Create TV Alerts, Create New Recordings, Edit Recordings.
