Recorded Shows - Options

| · | Play: This option opens Enterprise TV or a Link client, if installed, to play the video. For Windows Media recordings, this option enables the user to watch the video through the Web Admin interface (or through Windows Media Player if the browser is so configured). See Beyond TV Link Integration in Video Playback Settings for more information on playing video through the Web Admin.

| · | Download: Enables the user to download the file to the local computer. Please note that due to Internet Explorer limitations, downloads of files exceeding 2GB are not possible.

| · | ShowSqueeze: Enables the user to schedule a ShowSqueeze (transcode) job on the recording in order to create a new copy of this recording in a different format and/or quality setting.
|
| · | SmartChapters: Enables the user to initiate a SmartChapter detection job on this particular recording, which is a necessary prerequisite for the SmartSkip feature.
|
| · | Add to My Clips (Clips only): Adds a clip to the My Clips section of the current user. Multiple users can have a clip in their My Clips section.
|
| · | Email Clip (Clips only): Allows the user to send an email containing the clip. Enterprise TV will automatically ShowSqueeze the clip to a size suitable for e-mail. Note: If e-mail notifications have not been configured, this option will be Configure E-mail Notifications.

| · | Edit: Allows the user to edit the details of the show, including title and description information.
|
| · | Move: Enables the user to move the selected recording from its current Video Folder to another configured Video Folder. Recordings cannot be moved to Windows folders that are not video folders.
|
| · | Delete: Deletes this recording.
