Recorded Shows - SmartChapters

The "SmartChapters" screen, available by clicking the "SmartChapters" button from the "Options" screen for a particular recording in the Web Admin, allows the user to schedule a SmartChapter job for the selected recording. SmartChapter jobs must be run before the SmartSkip feature will be available for that recording.

Schedule the SmartChapters to: This setting governs when the ShowSqueeze operation should begin.

Generate during off-peak hours: Ensures that the SmartChapter job will only run during the constraints specified in the ShowSqueeze Settings section of the Web Admin.

Generate as soon as possible: Ensures that the SmartChapter job will run as soon as a currently running ShowSqueeze, SmartChapter, or StreamSnip job finishes.

After making the desired selections on this screen, be sure to hit the Submit button.
