If a desired show not found in the Program Guide begins with the word "The," try searching with the "The" at the beginning and end of the search phrase. For example, a show called "The Feebles" may appear in this list as "The Feebles" or "Feebles, The." The same applies to shows beginning with the word "A" -- for example, be sure to search on both "A Kiss of Death" and "Kiss of Death, A" to ensure that the proper show is found.

While the text is being entered, the titles of shows will begin appearing below it, as in the example above. This search simply alphabetizes every show in the Program Guide, and places the selection bar at the most appropriate section in that list. When finished, click "Accept," hit the ENTER key on the keyboard, or highlight "Accept" and hit OK or ENTER. The following screen will appear:

·Mouse: Use the scroll wheel or click on the arrows provided to scroll to the desired entry. Click on the desired show when it is found.
·Remote Control: Use the directional pad to move the selection bar in increments of one, or use the CHUP or CHDN buttons (only works on specific models of remotes) to move up or down by page. Hit OK or ENTER when the desired show is highlighted.
