SnapStream Media Appoints Former Roxio Executive Timothy Corcoran as Vice President of Sales

September 29, 2003 (HOUSTON) – SnapStream Media, Inc., a leading developer of digital entertainment products, announced today the appointment of Timothy Corcoran as vice president of sales. Corcoran, former vice president of worldwide sales at software company Roxio, Inc., brings with him a tremendous amount of experience to SnapStream Media and will help expand sales of the company's award-winning Personal Video Station software into the retail and OEM markets.

“Over the years, SnapStream has built some considerable technology and product assets as a company and I am excited to have Tim on the team as our Vice President of Sales. He brings a great deal of experience with him from his years at both Adaptec and Roxio. In particular, we are looking to aggressively enter the retail and OEM markets in the coming months, and Tim will be a key player in achieving our goals,” said Rakesh Agrawal, CEO and co-founder of SnapStream Media.

In addition to his post at Roxio, Inc., Mr. Corcoran also held senior sales positions at Adaptec, Inc. as well as regional and national sales positions with Well’s Electronics, Inc. and Dynavision.
